SHIPPING POLICY

JJ Kasuals — Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)
1) How delivery times work
Estimated Delivery = Production time + Shipping time.

  • Production (made-to-order): Most items are produced in ~2–7 business days before they ship.

  • Shipping (after production): U.S. delivery typically ranges ~2–8 business days depending on the method you choose at checkout.
    You’ll receive a tracking email once your package leaves the facility.

2) U.S. shipping options & typical speeds

  • Economy: ~4–8 business days after production.

  • Standard: ~2–5 business days after production.

  • Priority: ~2–3 business days after production (where available).

  • Express (fastest): some items can be produced and delivered in ~2–3 business days total to most U.S. states (availability varies).

 
Actual timelines depend on the product, destination, carrier capacity, and seasonality. Delivery windows begin after your order has been produced.
3) Order status & tracking

  • You’ll get order confirmation at purchase and tracking when your package ships.

  • Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of carrier pickup. If a shipment transfers between carriers, updates can lag briefly.

4) Split shipments
To get your order to you faster and reduce damage risk, items may ship in separate packages (for example, if different facilities produce different items). You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each package.
5) Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and method. When multiple items ship together from the same facility, reduced “additional item” rates often apply; if items ship separately, you may see multiple shipments.
6) Address issues

  • Before shipment: If you spot an address error, contact us immediately; we’ll try to update it before the order leaves the facility (not guaranteed once in production).

  • After shipment: Carriers generally do not allow us to change delivery addresses once a package is en route. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; reshipping costs may apply.

7) Late, lost, or “delivered but not received”

  • Lost in transit: If your package hasn’t arrived and tracking has stalled, please report it within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. After carrier investigation, we’ll replace or refund qualifying orders.

  • Marked “Delivered” but missing: First check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. If it can’t be located, we’ll help with next steps (including a carrier claim where applicable). Replacement or refund depends on carrier outcome and confirmation.

8) Production/holiday notes
Production times can extend during peak seasons or for large orders. You’ll always see the most current estimates at checkout and in your order emails.
9) Returns & exchanges
Items are made-to-order. We gladly resolve manufacturing issues (e.g., misprint, damage, defect). Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for what’s covered and how to start a claim.
